Smoky Bay to Fowlers Bay

We left Haslams pretty early determined to get some big, fat fresh Smoky Bay oysters. Got a nice dozen from the general store "that did it all" in Smoky for $7.50 dz and headed towards Fowlers Bay (as if we wouldn't!).

We decided to stay in the caravan park that night as we all needed a bit of de-funking. Fowlers Bay caravan park was $25 per night for either powered or non powered site. Its a small cute caravan park with very clean bathrooms with one private shower. They have rain water tanks, fish cleaning area and laundry facilities and a huge camp kitchen. My favourite part was checking in, and when asked or name, we said Folwer. The lady says "Yes we get alot of you guys staying here" LOL.

Fowlers Bay has the most amazing sunrises I have ever seen, and a novelty for us Adelaidians as it rises over the sea.

Such a cute little town packed with lots of history and massive sandunes begging to be slid down!

We had our Fowlers spread for tea.
